How can I track my order?
You can track your order by entering your order number together with your email address or phone number, or by simply entering your tracking number.
Once you've filled in the details and click “Track”, you'll immediately see the current status of your order.
It's normal for the status to stay on “Information received” until the package is processed further. Updates about your shipment will appear at the bottom of the page once the package is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We ship all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
